On today’s episode of the podcast, we welcome Dr. Steve Call and his wife Lisa to the podcast.  Steve is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing marriage counseling as well as an associate professor of counseling at Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.  Together he and Lisa founded The Reconnect Institute to facilitate and cultivate meaningful connection in marriage.    Together they designed the extremely effective Reconnect Marriage Workshops, which they facilitate together.  I first heard of these two when I listened to their podcast, The Reconnect Marriage Podcast .  Emily and I recommend this become one of your go to podcasts.  One episode and I was hooked and just knew I wanted to have a conversation with them.  These two bring years of experience to today’s episode.  One of the things we took away from this episode is that no one has a perfect marriage, the key is to know your story and your history.  We believe that the wisdom and principles shared in this episode can, if applied, lead you to healthier and happier relationships.  We can’t wait for you to listen and we pray that you are impacted in positive ways for years to come!

*I think this was one of my favorite conversations, and that is saying a lot because we have had some good ones.  I tried to split this into two parts, we went a little long.  The conversation was so rich and textured and deep that we could have talked for a longer than we did.  There was simply no place to split without compromising the flow. So, you will want to make sure you listen to the whole thing because these two drop nuggets!!**
