Hope doesn’t just happen. It is something that needs to be cultivated. When it comes to entering 2021 with hope it is necessary to honestly assess the year and ask the hard questions. How does that happen? What skills and attributes are needed to be hopeful for a great 2021? Are these attributes transferable to other life circumstances like leaving a relationship, a job or anything else? In today’s episode Scott and Emily talk about how to create and sustain hope in 2021 and beyond. They talk about the skills and attributes needed to leave any circumstance, including 2020, whole, healthy, and happy. Today they highlight two principles that they have been incorporating into their lives for the last four or five years. They are Gratitude and Hope/Optimism. Scott and Emily give some examples of how this helped them and others create a life that allows them to enter the next phase of life whole.
